We always try to use non-destructive entry methods to avoid damage to your door or lock. However, if the lock is badly damaged or high-security, it may need to be drilled to regain access and then replaced. We’ll always explain this beforehand so you know what to expect.

If a repair isn’t possible, we’ll explain why a replacement is needed and, wherever possible, complete the work on the same day. If we do need to come back another day, we’ll always make sure you can safely access your home and that your door is providing a suitable level of security before we leave.
